Want to know a secret that changed everything for me?

Your client doesn’t actually know what they should buy, and subconsciously, they want you, the experienced professional, to tell them!

Seem crazy? It’s true!

When your clients come to you for wedding photography, it’s very likely their first time hiring a professional photographer. They really have no idea what your service entails, let alone what they actually need. So, the more you can break it down for them in clear bullet points and present them with 3 (more on that specific number soon…) viable options, the better! When it comes to making a sale, anything that you can do to make the process simpler, easier, and less overwhelming to a client, the better.

Presenting Packages to your clients is telling your client what to buy, and it’s exactly what they want.

Another reason why you should be using packages is that they give you control over what you sell and how you want to sell it. This is where you have the real capability to reach and appeal to your ideal clients by marrying your options with the desires of your true, ideal client.

But lastly, the final and most valuable reason why you should be utilizing packages in your pricing structure, is this:

It gives you the ability to manipulate options to make some appear more appealing than others, ultimately influencing your clients to book higher.

Sounds awesome, right?!

Well stay tuned. Over the course of the next few months, I’ll be addressing the subject of pricing here on the blog. I hope you enjoyed this little snippet. Stay tuned for more!
