Whenever I get together with my dear friend Jess (Shine Events AZ), beautiful things happen. And, this modern wedding at Omni Montelucia Resort that Jess and I dreamt up is no exception! She is the kind of person who will listen well, then translate back to you exactly what you’re wanting AND make sure you execute it flawlessly as you go through the process. I’m a creative, so this focus is invaluable to me.
Three months ago as I was looking forward to the launch of the new CMP brand, I was chatting with Jess about my desire to create wedding inspiration that was clean, fresh, and different–yet, still elegant and timeless. That was quite the task, am I right? But Jess understood. And after sending inspiration photos and notes back and forth for weeks, we birthed this wedding concept that couldn’t have come to life in a more perfect way. Clean. Hint of modern. Timeless. Different.
You’ve seen these images floating around my instagram the last month, but today, I’m thrilled to share the whole concept of this wedding at Omni Montelucia Resort with you and highlight the entire team that brought it together. These friends worked on a condensed timeline and translated the vision Jess and I gave them with perfection (really, as far as communicating goes, I must point the credit back to super-star Jess. I was lost in my creative space of imaging the photos I wanted to make, and she flawlessly executed this component. I love you, friend). The Omni Montelucia graciously allowed us to take over a portion of their property as the setting for these, and Carte Blanche worked in the midst of her busy wedding season to create this fresh take on floral design for us. Truly, it was a large request to ask our wedding friends to take on this project during the thick of wedding season, and I can’t say thank-you and praise them enough. So here’s another one, because I really mean it: Thank-you!
