Almost a month since we left on our vacation, and I’m still reminiscing about the calming feel of the northwest. There’s something about that tall grass that blows with the wind and the immense green that pulls at my heart. My parents own a cabin in beautiful far north Idaho (right before you hit Canada), and I was greatly anticipating being surrounded by the familiar rural scenes this summer.  Andy kindly agreed to give me my wish: to be photographed in the picturesque views of the the fields and mountains. I treasure these few images: a teeny peek into our love and who I am. In life. Right now. I get the honor to photograph a lot of people’s lives, and can’t forget mine in the process.
