Angie and Rick are Colorado sweethearts coming to the desert this spring for a stunning celebration at the Omni Montelucia. When Angie asked for a water backdrop for their engagement session, I knew I had to take them to the Arizona Salt River for their special session!

Angie and Rick met on Match.com, and can you guess what drew them together? A mutual love for travel! One of their favorite hobbies is to travel to fun destinations (including amazing places like Beijing and Hawaii), so it’s no surprise that Rick proposed to Angie while on a trip to France! This pair has beautiful energy between them, so photographing this engagement session was super sweet and easy. One of my favorite elements about this pair I witnessed during my time with them is Angie’s precious laugh, and how easily Rick draws it out of her.
