CMP Fine Art Albums are a piece of art in themselves. Our layout philosophy is to keep design simple, uncluttered, and classic. We carefully design your first draft, then send for your feedback and revisions. These books are handmade in Canada and feature a vellum overlay opening. Front cover includes your first names in your choice of silver or gold foil. Matching clamshell book case is also included.

We will meet in person or virtually to discover your needs. I'll listen to the hurdles you're facing regarding clarity and direction and ask for an overview of your company's story (where you've been, where you are, and where you are headed). We'll establish if revising your company's Vision, Mission, and Value Statements is an essential next step, and I'll provide an overview of my process.

We'll begin with a detailed Questionnaire that asks for information about you and your organization. It includes a broad spectrum of questions about your passions, services, the demographics of your favorite customers, and beyond. I'll also ask for any existing company collateral (websites, pitch decks, social media channels, etc.) to understand the current company message. This step can be completed independently in your own time or via an interview-style meeting in which I will fill in the questionnaire on your behalf.

After reviewing existing company collateral, assessing your competitors, and reviewing the detailed questionnaire form, I will draft four sets of statements for your company: Mission, Vision, Values, and 3 Uniques.
We'll review together and make adjustments for 2-3 drafts until they perfectly summarize the heart/intention of your venture.

After a maximum of 3 drafts, we'll finalize your company's statements into concise and compelling language that readily articulates the direction and vision for your endeavor.
These statements are the foundation for all departments: sales, marketing, hiring/building a team, and should serve as the foundational backbone for making everyday company decisions.
This process typically takes 30 days to complete depending on the response time of the client.
