I first met Christine in 2010. Andy and I made the almost ridiculous decision to volunteer at a kid’s camp one month after we were married. I still can hardly believe we did that (or what made us want to on that timeline) but it is still one of the highlights of our marriage and I’m so, so glad we did. Christine, who I met serving at camp, quickly became one of my favorites. She has this way of making you feel so comfortable that you can’t do anything but be pulled in by her. She makes me laugh a ridiculous amount and makes a great listener when your heart is low–who has that kind of combination??! When I went back to camp the following year, she had this guy strapped to her side. Marc was simply the perfect complement to this amazingly fun and Godly woman. I love hanging out with these two–they’re simply a breath of fresh air admist the craziness and heaviness that is sometimes life. So happy to get to take their holiday photos for 2013!

To watch for: Christine is amazing talented and puts her hands to work with her shop Pudsprettylilthings. Make sure you take a look at pup Lucy’s adorable handmade collar. Oh yes, and Lucy–we’re friends. And I don’t say that about a lot of dogs. She’s a treasure.
